For years I have loved the way that rhe Chelsea Bakehouse makes their pizza dough....
I love that they give you plenty of options on how to have it baked. My favorite way to have my pizza from there is to have it well done so the crust can get to a nice light crisp. I usually order pizza with vegan cheese. The pizza is thinly sliced but the crust is perfectly and lightly pillowy. Chelsea Bakehouse is easily one of my favorite places for pizza in Norfolk.
And I forgot to mention that I always love the variety of baked goods they have too!!
Also, the staff is nice friendly!

Their pizza has always been amazing. I ordered their gluten free option because I was sharing with someone who is gluten sensitive. It was not good. I expected the crust to not be as good, but the entire pizza wasn't cooked enough. It didn't have that crispy, gooey cheese on top. It was a major letdown. Don't order their gluten free option.

The Fungi Bianchi is my favorite! I do wish the ricotta was spread out a little more, but other that it is perfect!
