It's yummy but I ordered bacon on the cheeseburger, paid extra for it, and it wasn't included.

Had the Steer Herder Burger with waffles fries and was very disappointed. The fries were soggy and the burger lacked flavor. It tasted as if it wasn't seasoned at all. Wanted to love it but not order again or recommend. The soggy fries had more salt than the burger with fried onion strings and watery bbq sauce. Gave two stars for large portion and packaging.

The food is good (big fans of the grilled cheese/soup and Mac and cheese) BUT my only complaint is when I order delivery they always mess up the portion sizes and/or the items always come in different size containers.

I ordered bacon with the two burgers that I ordered. Neither had bacon. Also I ordered crispy onions on one burger (and paid for them) and did not receive them.
The burgers were fine.
