The 24 bouquet of roses was well presented and fresh. My wife loved them thank you and the gummy bears were her favorite she loved them as well thank you.

Ordered the Mother's Bliss Bouquet with clear vase ($50.00) as a gift. I'm expecting a full bouquet of different type of flowers as advertised in the picture. When my mother received it, she took a picture of it and sent it to me. It was disappointing to say the least. It had about 11 roses and not a full bouquet of different flowers as ordered. And for $50.00, I think it was not worth it. :(

Poor quality roses. Not sure if they were just getting rid of the old roses for door dash or if all their flowers are dying but I would have been better off door dashing flowers from a grocery store. Would have been 1/4 of the price and better quality.

Seriously? Dead leaves, dead pedals, almost no water in the vase, stems long, thorns still on the stems with so much dead leaves and pedals, for 50 dollars this is insanity. I need a refund from this store immediately. Had these doordashed to my work so I could save time on getting flowers to my mom after work and spent more time and more money getting different flowers. Disappointing and straight up disrespectful.

Unprepared for Mother's day, offers cards as gifts but refused to fill it out. Some people are sending gifts from out of town and there is really no support or communication to dashers. My order was reassigned due to lack of communication. The flowers are beautiful, this is more about the experience as a gift aspect, which is how this store is marketed.
