This looks nothing as advertised! Ten stems of carnations only, no variation. Not worth the total of $38 with tip. So disappointed on Mother's Day.

For a $35 bouquet, you would think that a simple request could have been followed or note card could have been included. Just a little more effort could have made a huge difference. Dont bother writing a note because they wont read it. If you're able to drive and head to HEB, do it. There was nothing special about this presentation. Im leaving 3 stars because the Premium Red Rose Bouquet (12ct) is gorgeous.

I paid twice what I would have paid at a grocery store but assumed the bouquet would be quite a bit nicer and my wife is worth it, so I made the purchase. I was disappointed to come home from my work trip and see 2 crushed and wilted roses and even the babies breathe looked old.

Flowers were left without any water. Due to the heat outside I think there should be some way to deliver with some water in the delivery packaging in case receipt does not get to door immediately after delivery.
