This was my first time trying anything from the Flying Flatbread but if what i just ate is anything to judge by, it won't be the last time. I ordered The Roost ; Turkey, zataar and cheese are already great but when you add pomegranate seeds, it just makes it even better. Especially since we added some labne (a yogurt style cheese that is rich and savory).
And the Pomegranate Lemonade was a perfect blend of tart and sweet. Just how I like it.

Toum Raider is so delicious and the Lentil Soup is creamy and flavorful. very happy! so yummy. oh and the Ghirardelli Mocha iced was perfect not too sweet and smooth.

Amazing food! everything tasted so great, fresh ingredients and unique flavors. Lahm Bi Ajeen was delicious and filling, as well as the Lentil Soup. Honey Cardamom Latte was tasty.

It's great when you don't want something too filling. Hummus & veggies & pita bread . Hot coffee topped with marshmallows! Yum.
