• DoorDash orderOk this place is really good dont get me wrong but they only gave me one bread for 2 meals that Iwas splitting with 6 people, and also the managers special is nothing like the picture. So im kind of disappointed with how much i had spent. But the food is delicious

• DoorDash reviewI placed a to go order and am totally disappointed with the lack of quality in the food I ordered. The "upgraded" salad was nothing but lettuce with a few dried-out carrot slices. The tortellini had some alfredo sauce but was primarily the butter sauce because of the oil in the bottom of the to go container. The side order of diced chicken was maybe 10 pieces - for $6.00...
We spent over $60.00 on 2 meals. I had plans of making reservations for friends & family coming to Medford this weekend. However, I won't be making reservations due to the food lacking quality, quantity, and being overpriced for what you get.

• DoorDash orderI ordered the lasagna. Too many layers and not hardly enough meat in each layer.I think there was a layer that had no meat at all. The salad portion size could be bigger for the upgrade price. I substituted alfredo sauce for marina. Alfredo was very bland. Very disappointed

• DoorDash orderThe Adult Mac & Cheese is basically like boxed Mac and cheese but less flavor I had to add salt and pepper it tasted like nothing and the Spinach & Artichoke Dip wouldhave been good if the bread was crispy but it was soggy. And I was given vanilla ice cream when I ordered spumoni.

• DoorDash orderI love the old spaghetti factory and grew up eating there at the Monrovia, California location. I'm thrilled to see them here in Medford!! The chicken marsala and Mizithra cheese pasta is still my favorite here. Wonderful spumoni ice cream too!! It is all good here though
