The Farmers pie was described as ground beef and vegetables in a savory gravy with mashed potatoes on top, but instead it was chicken in a savory chicken gravy. It was still very tasty, but not what was ordered.

Pepper Steak Sandwich was horrible normally served on a hoagie bun it was served on extra soggy bread . Unable to select how I wanted steak cooked , I would have selected medium rare but instead it way over cooked and dry. I have eaten this sandwich probably 15 times in restaurant alway good. $37.70 and it went in garbage. Very disappointed

The food has really gone downhill, it's not good, we received a small amount and we found a bone in the food we spent 72 dollars and it was not worth it

This is the second time I haver ordered The Onion for delivery. The first time my steak looked like a tiny hockey puck and was maybe 3 ounces. This time my wife ordered her steak well done and was one of the most rare steaks I have ever seen. That is only the start. My doordash driver got there and asked 3 people about our order as no one knew what was going on. After about 15 or so minutes they admitted they never got my order and proceeded to let the dasher know they are out of kids chicken strips. My dasher Bryan was amazing and put in our entire order AGAIN and waited for it to be delivered. I will likely not be back to this restaurant in person or delivery in the future. It was not a small order and paid $146.00 for our food. When we finally got it, it was good, but should not have to go through all of that and eat hours later than planned.

Not worth the price. The quality was that of a $17 burger if that, not a $26 burger. I've gotten much better for cheaper. Fries were good though.
