Overall it was okay. There were too many onions in my quesadilla. I had to take them all out. But other that than, it was ok.

First time trying this dish and I was pleasantly surprised. I love pork belly and this was delicious, it was fried perfectly and the flavors were incredible together. I love the spicy pickled onions. I woulnlove to dine in and try it while it's still hot.
