The bagels here are not my favorite, but my kid loves them. They were huge this time and got a little squished but were fresh and delivered in a box for easy serving.

bagel was slightly burnt,, got a strawberry milk w boba and they didnt add the boba, just wrote on the reciept "sorry no"
