Mediocre food at best and everything was soggy. Bottom of Quesabirria slimy, bottom of burger bun slimy, roll for cheesesteak soggy. The cheesesteak was bland and boring. Burger patty dry. Fries floppy and Hot Wings order was pretty stingy. 5 wings and they're ok but not great. Not ordering again.

Reuben was under-toasted, soggy and stone cold. Chocolate pot crème was tiny--so small it was served in a condiment cup. They really need to get back to the quality of the experience in thr San Carlos store.

I had to order my lunch instead of picking it up and both sandwiches were $7 more on DoorDash. The Reuben's pastrami was tough and rubbery with little or no Thousand Island Dressing on it. Like chewing rubber bands.

Expensive delivery fees and small $15 "bowls" of soup doesnt make me want to order from Refuge again.
