We had called for a error they had made in our order and we had called and the manager was so nice and helpful with our order and was able to replace it, shout out to the manager 5 stars just for him

The Hazelnut Mocha Iced Coffee with Nutella Infused Cold Foam has no cream or cold foam just dirt tasting coffee
And they gave me Oreo cookie instead of the Dream Cookie made with M&M Minis
