Everything tasted fresh and the drinks were made correctly. The bagels were toasted and warm although one had way too much avacado spread on it. We always order from this store when we stay downtown for Animate and Matsuricon!

I ordered the Chicken Salad Sandwich which is the least expensive one but they were out so they decided to charge me for the most expensive sandwich Turkey Bacon Club and did not attempt to contact me or provide me any chance to choose something else.

they didn't pay attention to the types of donuts ordered. the 1 type of donut no one liked (apple fritter) was given instead of a glazed or something else.
