it's really hard to describe with words how delicious everything is. I wanted the ramen for lunch today, and I'm going to save the fried rice for tomorrow. The Angry Lady Fried Rice had an incredible flavor. This is not your typical fried rice. I added chicken and shrimp, but the flavor is very unique. You have to try this at least once, but I know that I will order it again!
The tungkatsu Tonkotsu Ramen (Pork Broth) was ridiculously delicious. It was still very hot when I received it. The meat is seasoned and cooked perfectly. It was juicy, tender, flavorful - not just like plain pork in a broth. they give more than enough broth to enjoy. I was able to fill the whole bowl and still have some left over!
Chicken Katsu（チキンカツ） was exactly as expected. I know it's hard for fried food to make it fresh when it's delivered. some of it was still crispy, but some of it was a little soggy. But it had a good flavor!

I love this place, all of their menu items are great. I usually don't make reviews but I've been coming back here a lot and today I ordered Tonkotsu Ramen (Pork Broth). Their chashu pork is super soft, it melts in your mouth. I love the owners, very sweet and friendly family. The shop atmosphere is very welcoming and high tech! Their food is so savory I love it. I do wish they'd offer boba teas too so I don't have to order somewhere else but this place is basically my go to now :)

The” Black Pepper Beef Hibachi / 黑椒牛铁板” was edible but not very good. Its texture was partly chewy, partly hard, and it tasted iffy. Second, there wasn't very much of it, considering it was $17.00. I could go to HEB and cook up a decently sized grass-fed New York strip for that price, and it would be twice as filling.
However, the turnaround time was really quick, and they did at least include white rice with it.
The “Fried Dumplings (6) / 锅贴饺 (6) “ were as expected. It's hard to get those wrong. But they did get that right. It tasted relatively good.

I barely let my phone eat i definitely had to take a bite first!! the Angry Lady Fried Rice was so Amazing the flavor was just right followed by the Chicken Katsu（チキンカツ） perfect combo very light the flavor was different so yummy with perfect amount of spice 10/10 will buy again!!

Well the food arrived and I noticed the broth spilled in the bag because they packed it with too much weight and as I the other two broths made the bottom broth collapse. Then the pork ramen broth was way too salty now ordering pork I expect salt but this was pure sodium. I couldn't even eat it I tried so hard and the rice was just weird tasting like it was old or just a bad batch.
