The Sonterra Roll is the best sushi roll that I've ever eaten. Wow. Explosion of flavor...I highlyrec recommend

Unfortunately all of my food was underwhelming, there was no flavor, and everything was served on a bed of rice which I feel is overkill since the rolls are already made of rice of course. The only part of my meal I actually enjoyed was the Gyoza, but with that being said I was left pulling grains of rice off of every piece. I wish I had just spent the extra money and ordered from Yellowtail because for the quality of these rolls they were not worth the $70 spent

Gyoza was cooked to perfection and served on a light bed of rice. The dipping sauce for it was OK, im not a big fan of it but it's decent. The Shaggy Dog Roll was SO tasty. Perfect for when you are wanting a little spice and crunch.

The UT Roll was fresh, light and very delicious. My first time ordering from this restaurant and I will definitely be coming back!

The Toro'ko Special Roll was mid and kinda fishy. I realize its fish but it was too
fishy for me. The Seared Salmon Roll and Gyoza were delicious! so recommend those.
