Its a great place if you want to get some tea after a meal or walk for a quick boba fix. Definitely the best place for tea and boba in Pleasanton. Unfortunately, their base tea is still quite watery and heavily on the bitter side. To give them 5/5, TP needs to be better at brewing their base tea.

the tie guan yin tea is super good, you can tell the tea is super high quality and boba is nice and chewy (its a slightly smaller size so thats nice too). their customer service is so good too, they actually sent a handwritten thank you note with the order!

The Hot Moo! My Taro, 哞哞濃芋鮮奶（熱） tastes and looks like just hot white milk. Barely taste the taro. Unless that's what it's supposed to be? Everything else tasted fine.

Boba here is a hit or a miss. Sometimes the boba is perfectly cooked and sometimes the qq noodles is too soft. Inconsistent but overall still want to thank every worker here for their hard work

deep, rich flavor. one of the best tea-forward spots in bay area. boba is pretty good most of the time, smaller pearls than most places. tie guan yin is a must try with 50% sugar for a deep tea flavor, and strawberry mt is great for a rich and refreshing treat--make sure to get a little higher sugar than normal
