I have been ordering from this place for years and always my favorite. They have the best fruit teas and their matcha drinks are good too. Tried the Red Guava Fruit Tea for the first time it's pretty good you can really taste the jasmine tea in it.

the Rainbow Magic Waffle was delicious. Would definitely purchase again! I loved Taro Milk Tea too! Got that with popping boba and I'm obsessed! I highly recommend this place if you've got a sweet tooth.
