Probably my favorite breakfast sandwiches in the Rochester area. The quality of ingredients is excellent, and the prices offer great value for what you get. However, the pickup experience has been consistently frustrating.
I’ve placed multiple pickup orders, and each time I arrive (a 10-minute drive from my house), my food hasn’t even been started. From what I’ve observed, the shop is never particularly busy—no long lines, no staff juggling multiple online orders—so the delay is both confusing and inconvenient.
Today, I waited until my order was marked as “ready,” drove 10 minutes to pick it up, and found out it hadn’t even been started. I ended up waiting an additional 10-15 minutes—which feels like a long time for just a breakfast sandwich and coffee.
Great food, but the lack of efficiency in fulfilling pickup orders is a real downside..

the Strawberry Acai Lemonade Refresher - 20 oz is soooooo good and the blt was amazing too, they forgot my straw but its all good. Thank you <3

The Vegan BLT was made with tempeh and not the usual vegan bacon I'm used to. It also wasn't put together the greatest. Still one of my favorite lunch spots and would still recommend to others!

Pretty sure the Steak Superior cured my clinical depression. The iced coffee was just as delicious. I'm only upset I cant give this place more stars.
