I ordered the catfish pate with Mac and cheese and baked beans. They did NOT disappoint! The catfish has such a wonderful flavor! Piping hot and delicious! Mac and cheese is creamy and yummy. And the baked beans are on point! 10/10!!!

This place lives up to its name, True Que.
The smoke flavor along with the tenderness of the meat is fantastic.
The Pork Steaks and the Bratwurst (2 Sandwiches) were delicious. The Baked Beans, Potato Salad and Macaroni & Cheese tasted like homemade.

The food was amazing and I have to highlight how great of a bus they are! My order was stolen 3 times before I finally got it and they still remade the order which I truly appreciate because anywhere else would've refused after that many times... they truly deserve their roses!

we love True Que we order at least once a week I must say their marinated smoked steak is so tender and juicy you don't even need a knife to cut it omg one of my favorites.. of course the Bbq sandwich is so good too
