Order anything with "Birria" in the name and it will be absolutely delicious. The salsa is made fresh in-house and it's incredible. This place makes some of the best food in Springfield, period.

amazing, high quality food, however i was missing my beans when it arrived. other than that and the heaping pile of cilantro in every bite, the Jorge's' Pizza Birria and the Nopales (Cactus) were very good! the Consomme had good flavour as well. i would recommend this place!
