I was raised in the Philadelphia area by an Italian mother. Home made pizza was de rigeur. Good pizza was everywhere. This is good pizza. Actually, it's better than that. I had a simple cheese with basil. The crust was light and chrispy, not at all tough and chewy. The sauce was just right. Not too sweet. The cheese wasn't burnt. That's important. Better than pizza in Naples? No. Better than most in L.A.? Yes. Absolutely.

We had a WHITE PIE and added pepperoni and custom pizza for the kids using the plain CHEESE otion as the base. Crispy crust and you can taste the quality ingredients. Would recommend. Would provide photos but the za is GONE
