The cuban was very tasteful only thing I would change is I'd smash it hard with a weight and crisp the bread so you got a nice crunch when you bit into it not burnt though that's important a good cooking olive oil would do just coat the outside of the bread with a paper towel like I said though the taste was awesome well seasoned perfect salt thank you for this iv had cuban sandwiches in many places you sir are almost on point
