Really good potato , great flavor , very big and packed with stuff . My only complaint would be the pieces of brisket were small , fatty and sparse. I'm use to the one from Rudy's that has big pieces of lean brisket.

Both the Frito Pie and Banana Pudding were great. Glad I saw the picture of the frito pie! They also delivered quickly which is always appreciated.

what great BBQ. ordered the Slice Brisket Sandwich, I was very pleased with the size of the sandwich, but the brisket was perfect. I asked for wet brisket. and that is what I got. Man. I'll be ordering from Uncles BBQ again

Uncles is the best kept secret in the area for BBQ. The 2 meat sliced brisket and sliced turkey plate provided huge portions and were delicious. The mac and cheese had bits of chorizo in it!! Will definitely be ordering again soon.
