I was standing by the pick up section for atleast 10 min and was not greeted by an employee. I understand the cook needs to be by the kitchen area but an acknowledgment would have been nice. There was a young lady who was standing by the kitchen, didn't seem to be doing anything. I don't understand why it's so hard to provide decent customer service. Finally, an employee returned from the restrooms and handed my food. My order was ready, on their table l, the entire time. This was 4/11 at 3:30pm.

I wasnt that impressed with the Chicken Tacos. They were okay. I thought they had a weird flavor to them. Theuslend so much money in their marketing and packaging thats why their food is so expensive. I wasn't that impressed with their food.
The queso is good.
