I had high hopes for this place because I saw that they served a Catfish Taco, I never got to try it because at the time I thought nearly $8 a taco was a tad steep but then I went and tried the #14.5 Sweet Chile Shrimp and the #8.5 Chipotle BBQ Pork and I must admit Velvet Taco is the superior Taco Distributor. Both Tacos were 10/10 and their Classic Guac with Blue Tortilla chips were so fresh & delicious, certainly a 20/10 I highly recommend!

The tacos were just ok. Coming from Los Angeles, it's gonna be hard to find good authentic tacos so I want to be fair. The meats were well seasoned and the tortilla was full but there was more corn in the taco than anything and authentic tacos do not come with corn or any of the other fillers they put in there to avoid giving adequate portions of meat. I thought about giving this 3 stars because everything was seasoned well, but it gonna be a solid 2 star review for the lack of authenticity & poor customer service from the girl working the counter the day I went in. When I asked if they had salsa verde I received a rude "no" and she turned her back to continue her conversation with a coworker. It was off putting.

Exceptional! Velvet Taco has become our go to "pizza night" alternative for months now and it never disappoints! The #6.5 Beer Battered Cauliflower is my personal favorite lower calorie option but the Chicken and Waffle taco is out of this world! The elote is also a must try!

Wow. I ordered this to my hotel when I got stuck on an overnight flight delay and it was so good it ALMOST made the delayed flight worth it. The #18 Chicken & Waffle was sweet, spicy and savory and the #12 Slow-Roasted Angus Brisket was tender and juicy. Great stuff!
