The pie is always great but the service is usuall terrible. I picked up my order 30 minutes after placing it. There were two tables with people in the whole restaurant and my order had not even been printed out yet. I had to wait 15 minutes before an employee even came out of the kitchen.

Pot Roast very dry, barely any gravy to help with that. fake mashed potatoes were dry, not enough water, milk or butter in them. salad- dressing I ordered was out and no alternative was sent.
