The order of the Tavern Nachos was exactly as requested. The chips were crisp and cheesy! They separated the cold items, so everything was at the right temp to eat and LOVE. The beef and beans were perfectly seasoned. I ordered this for myself and enjoyed it for 3 nights!! VT really prepares their items with great execution. I am always pleasantly surprised.

Terrific!! The Fish and Chips were hot and perfectly cooked. The filets were thick and the cole slaw was great. The Terriaki chicken was a light and delicious plate. For dessert the carrot cake was a slab enough for two, with warm fruit and nuts inside. The chocolate (Godiva) cake was a perfect slice of heaven. Wonderful (and this was delivery!)

The Crab Cake Sandwich is absolutely delicious. They use A LOT of crab meat and less fillers like other restaurants. The New England Clam Chowder is the best I have ever had.

Every that I have ever had from the Village Tavern has been wonderful. My favorite is the chicken marsala. But as I mentioned everything is great: the deviled eggs are very good, and I have had the perch and the chicken sandwich and all of it was delicious!!

Extremely disappointed once again with takeout from the Village Tavern. Not only do they jack up their prices more than any other restaurant in town but they severely reduce the size of their portions. A $21 salad should at least fill the plastic container! They clearly feel as though if the customer isnt there to complain, they can take advantage. We just frequented the restuarant on Sunday, ordered the same meals and the takeout is as though its from a completely different establishment. With so many other and better choices in town, we are done with VT!
