I got the Medium Poke bowl and the Salmon bento box. The poke bowl was a generous portion and the fish and all ingredients (including the Spring mix) were very fresh. spicy mayo and sesame oil sauces were good.
I saved the Salmon Bento for lunch the next day. it probably would be more fair to rate it fresh but it was delicious after a night in the refrigerator. The portion of salmon also felt generous to me. A lot of bentos give you a tiny little chunk, but this was a nice sized fillet.
Everything was packed really well and traveled well.

This was one of the best poke places that I have ever tried. The fish was fresh, the vegetables were fresh, the sauces were delicious and the portion was huge. I will definitely be returning to Waiki at least once a month!
