Their house pickles are wonderful! The ribs, they are stellar -- perfectly prepared and the best for for flavor I've had since I left the East Coast. I doubt I'll ever order any other ribs again. Very happy to have found Way Station.

Smoked Wings were my favorite, lots of flavor and very crispy. Way Station Ribs were fairly good with lots of meat but could have had a better bark. Cotija Corn was disappointing, one single cob for $10.50 that wasn't especially fresh or creamy. I'd order the meat again but try a different side.

Food is good but quantity is a joke. 4 short thin slices of brisket for $19. I mean these pieces look like they were cut then cut in half then cut in half again, so one thin slice that was cut to look like 4 slices.

Pricey for what you get. Definitely small portions. Brisket and cornbread were both pretty good. Pickles were okay but didn't seem fried enough (breading still kinda doughy), and the mac n cheese was awful. No flavor at all. Not too bad, but probably wouldn't go back.

Impressively well packaged. Beef Brisket Plate - 5 oz. was smoky and so tender. Really good. The cole slaw was tangy and not sweet. Kale Caesar was good but tomatoes don't seem to belong.
