gave them a 2nd chance as the first time we tried them it wasn't amazing.
review gets 2 stars because the milkshakes are amazing but the food is severely lacking in flavour.

Usually a favorite burge spot. Great servings and options. By when ordering delivery, I'm usually disappointed as they add so much sauce on the 'make your own burgers', turning the burger to mush and making a mess. Edible, but not a rational amount of sauce.

Ordered a poutine with mushrooms, not only did I barely get like 3 mushroom slices. My poutine has no gravy or cheese, my burger was great. (Minus getting one pickle slice on my burger after I called the location to add extra pickles)
