Significant improvement recently! New management? Today they actually included the ranch I asked for and a spoon for my frosty. Food was hot and dasher didnt have to wait. Order was 100% accurate. Price on the new frosty options is pretty high, in my opinion. Last order was good but didn't include condiments requested. Orders previously left a lot to be desired - long waits, missing items, cold food. Happy to see a change!

Didn't receive both of my baked potatoes on this order, and the last time I ordered I didn't get my baked potato! Not sure what's going on, but maybe they shouldn't offer items that they don't have!
