They provided hot fresh food. You pay a bit more than other fast food places but you get a fresh bun, thick patties, fresh fries lightly salted fries. The only thing missing is a milkshake option. Frostys are great but sometimes you just need a nice thick shake.

Really good Asiago Ranch children club. It's one of their better sandwiches. First time trying their spicy nuggets. Picked spicy honey BBQ flavor and its decently spicy. Even for 6 pieces, the container they're in is kinda big. They weren't super covered in sauce. Some of them are almost completely dry. There is more sauce on the bottom of the container than a few of the nuggets. But it's still way better than just basic nuggets. And at least they offer other dipping sauce just in case.

Three out of five of the fries were small when I ordered medium. When I called the store to speak to someone because they've never gotten my order wrong I was met with a very rude woman saying that she was a supervisor at the time because there was no supervisor on staff.

the baconator was good. but the bacon fries were pathetic. they were fries that had cheese melted on them and bacon cut up on the very top. Also was a very small portion for the price. I won't be ordering from them again.

my order was prepared very poorly and sloppy. the condiment sauces were just tossed into the bag all over my food when it could have been packed off to the side of my box of fries so they wouldn't be smushed as they were already cold as it was. also my coffee was only 2/3 of the way full and it was black when I ordered caramel syrup and cream which I received neither and there are no options available to order condiments on the side so that I could have added my own. there was no stopper on the lid so I don't know what could have dropped into my coffee there was no protective sleeve or cover. the meat Patty looked old and it was pale in color. the onions were not caramelized as advertised and they were hanging out of the side two thick slices of white onions cold Burger presentation was horrid. the bacon was flimsy and also cold and flat. the nuggets tasted off as if they could have been Frost bitten before fried and they were also cold. I received two cookies that were dry and crumbly not chewy and warm from what I last remembered. I can't say that I enjoyed any part of this meal and I was already hesitant to order because it is expensive but I don't mind as long as the food is fresh. the whole presentation of the food was just sad and it actually made me nauseous. I have a black Labrador and I didn't even want to give him scraps from that food it was only suitable for the trash. I'm sorry Wendy's but it does not matter the time of day that the food is ordered it should always be made with good service in mind for the customer. not everyone is just going to let it slide all the time. just imagine the people that don't take time out to review their experience. bad when you wish you had ordered McDonald's instead of Wendy's because I held Wendy's to a higher standard. the service has really gone down I'm hoping that what I received tonight was an anomaly, and not the norm. Food poorly prepared and presented makes me wonder what's really going on that customers cannot see. It ruins the integrity of the business, and the confidence of customers when they receive poorly presented food that isn't the right temperature, and also has an unappealing look with an unappealing taste to match. Looks old, pale, lifeless and limp. I'm sorry , I'm long winded but this is just unacceptable guys. Yall gotta do better. If I was a secret food inspector, Wendy's would be in trouble. Not to mention, all the competition you're up against that have better quality and good tasting food with an aesthetic presentation; which is reasonably evident of proper food handling. Huddle up on all shifts and boost the morale and integrity of your establishment. Burgers are plentiful, but not every burger is good. Take pride in your work and quit half-assing it. I'm done.
