All the chicken in my wrap was hard and the cheese fries were hard and very cold, the cheese was not melted completely

The Grilled Chicken Wrap i got was unrwrapped and the chicken was cold, and was also missing ingredients. The Ghost Pepper Ranch Chicken Sandwich chicken was tough and dry and had tendons running through it. 10PC. Saucy Nuggs are delicious.
