Food is always cold or just barely warm, even in the morning when picking up. Chicken always seems to be misshapen or missing breading.

Very soggy, greasy & not enough parmesan. The garlic & grease overtake the taste of the actual chicken. It' edible but nothing like actual fried chicken.
