Burger was hot and fresh and special instructions were followed. Nugget were hot and crispy. Fries were hot and crispy. One of the few fast food places in town that almost always gets it right

Taco Salad had enough cheese for a hamster and no sour cream. The Sour Cream and Chive Baked Potato was cold and hard, also no sour cream or cheese sauce that I paid for. The Double Stack™ was cold and the bun was hard where it had been sitting out too long. I guess I'll order from here when I want to be disappointed.

The burgers were supposed to have a lot of bacon like the pic showed, but only had 2 tiny pieces. Never had a bad meal from them till now. Very disappointed.

I received super old food just so they didn't have to fix fresh food in the evening. Asked for chili with no onions due to allergies and instead received and old chili with old cheese and onions all on it.
