On my #13 it only came with 2 chicken strips in the box no fries no bread . Its not once twice but several times that has happened so people make sure to check your before leaving

Worst Worst whataburger ever!!! Seriously paid for jalapeños for my #5 and didn't received it... cheese bacon burger patty was horrible on both of the combos the patty was half cold and toasted... And the drinks didn't enjoyed it cause cups was filled of Ice and less drink... fries where cold...... This is the last time I'm ordering with whataburger..... would of give 0 stars if I could.....

My #7 meat was cold,no lettuce even though I put yes, & bun was hard & cold.
Kids meal buns were also hard & cold.
Worst Whataburger food I've experienced in a long time.
