Burger was sad, cold, and small. Even the cheese had hardened on it Probably the worst I've had in a very long while. I paid for expedited delivery, and my fries were still warm, so I'm pretty sure the burger was put in the bag that way. I continue to have quality issues with this Whataburger on NASA Rd 1. Wish they'd let me select a different one on this app.

Whataburger is always good. But everytime I get food from this location it taste old and cold. I got a large fry and the container is half full

The food was poorly packaged. You don't hand a doordasher someone's food open an exposed. It should have been in a sealed bag and when I called to talk to the store about why it wasn't sealed they tried to blame it on the dasher when he took a picture at the store the bag was open. When I called the person who answered hung up disrespectful and rude.

No grilled onions as requested. Not the first time they've forgotten an element of my order. Burger and cheese are cool. Burger thin and dried out, cheese congealed. The store on NASA may be the worst one of them all. Wish I could pick a specific location. Onion rings were good, so extra star for that.
