all put in one box didn't know what was what...partially covered😐 i got a 20 piece it was smashed together. fries are always good cold or not

The fries felt and tasted really old. I order a side of ranch and didn't receive it. I also hab a chicken sandwich that tasted old too. This is the second time I've been here and I don't think I'll be back.
