Food is good! However the staff always make it a problem when picking up our order. Even showing them the name and order info that the app says to show them, they still barely let us take the food. Not sure what more they want from us... last time it was an issue too.

I live 1.0 miles away from the store and somehow my food still managed to arrive cold. They have recently changed their sauces and are now atrocious. My fries had zero sesasoning despite ordering with.

Gave me a 6 piece and not a 8 piece which was sad. Also asked for extra crispy fries and they were not crispy and didnt have seasoning either. On top of that, I also asked for a sprite as my drink and they gave me a drink that tasted more like a sparkling water. I got a $12.50 refund but I paid $30 in total and im very disappointed and would want more of my money back
