better than the location on lorain, i ordered a 5 pc chicken NEW! 5 pc Crispy Tender Combo and they gave me 6 and my food came hot, Seasoned Fries are soggy tho a bit

Corn and fries spilt all over In bag because they were not put in a covered container just a paper basket. Didnt receive one of our extra ranches we paid for didnt receive the blue cheese. Ordered a large carrot and celery mix and got a hand full of carrot shavings that were brown and mushy.

I'm pregnant asf and honestly they snapped. They always follow my request when I call and ask for well done and no ice in my drink! Food be so good for me this my second time ordering in one week! The tenders sooo crispy, and the 6 pc Wing Combo very good everything is seasoned well, but never over seasoned. The girl whos been answering the phone is so sweet. Definitely recommend, they are so nice n the ONLY location I like in the Cleveland area fr! (The pics ain't the best cause I already started digging the food lol)
