the ribs were tender and juicy, literally falling off the bone. the collard greens were fair a little bland, but they were somewhat tasty.

In a word: fantastic! I like to consider myself "Not a barbecue novice" and I've never had such tender ribs. Tenouttaten. The mac and cheese is delicious as is the potato salad (which has a pleasant dill taste).

The Pulled Pork Sandwich was a good size serving and the Smoked Beans were very good and flavorful.
