the food is always fresh and yummy. Peking Spare Ribs seasoned and large portions. Sautéed Green Beans fresh and seasoned nicely very generous portions.Chicken Dumplings soft seasoned nicely and simply delightful.

Everything was delicious but the garlic in the Spinach with Garlic / 蒜粒炒菠菜 was burnt, which made the taste a little bitter. I was really looking forward to it too and was a little sad. However, the Garlic Noodle / 蒜香面 was a favorite. This is still one of my new favorite restaurants to dine at.

So the Wonton Noodle Soup / 云吞面 was disappointing, the broth was basically flavorless. The broth tasted like hot cilantro waterand not the rich flavorful broth I have had at other restaurants. The wontons and the noodles were lovely but it's unfortunate to eat then in such a bland broth. The har gow and the Steamed Mantou / 蒸馒头 though were absolutely delicious! Full of flavor and a light sweetness in the mantou.

Everything we ordered tasted amazing! the pork spareribs, hk shumai, and the fried rice was very good! Yankee Dumpling is our favorite!

Food is truly fantastic! Staff is wonderful & helpful. The only downer is the sauce when the food is delivered or to go. Grateful for them! But I wish they put the sauces in a small baggy because 5 out 5 times the sauce has leaked and gotten all over the inside of bag and the containers. Not only do I have a mess but the sauce is now all gone so I cannot enjoy it. Im still going to order from here despite this expected mess :). That is how good this place is!
