The best "brown sugar" drink of all tea place in the area, the Brown Sugar Pearl Oolong Tea Latte 黑糖粉圓烏龍奶茶 is superb! the oolong tea is flavorful and not overwhelmed by the sugar.

I've had various milk teas from this location and they all have been tasty & fresh!
Highly recommend getting 50% sweet - unless you are a sugar fiend - is still plenty sweet for me!

The pineapple green tea was fantastic but I didn't care for the filling on the Yifang Egg Pancake 5pcs 一芳芳脆鸡蛋糕, I got the taro filled one and probably should've went with custard but the pancake part was pretty good
