I ordered an extra large with three toppings, to be delivered by DoorDash. What I received was a size small with no toppings at all. I was shocked! I was later told the store ran out of "something," so they made a unilateral decision to just send me a plain small size and refund me $4.83 when my order total was $14.70. They never contacted me to discuss. I ordered the extra large to share among several people; the small size was useless to me. I thought this was the most ridiculous way to do business. DoorDash investigated and refunded me the remaining balance which I was originally chargd, to complete the full refund. Thank you, DoorDash.
