This literally looks looks like someone didn't clean the machine before. This looks like I got a bad batch, so a replace or a refund would be great please. I dont know whats going on with this place right now, but this is completely unacceptable. I cant even eat this. I tried to but it's just so disgusting. The issue: there are these weird small dots ALL THROUGHOUT the icecream!! I dont know what they are, but when I try to eat it the only thing I can feel is These weird dots that feel like small icecubes. I thought it was normal because ice cream looks like that sometimes, but usually when you put it in your mouth it melts and all the hard parts turn soft, but with this, the hard little dots did not melt. It felt like I was eating cold sand paper. I thought maybe the top was just off because that happens sometimes, so I flipped it like a pancake juts to find out the bottom was 10X WORSE. I am so disappointed. Not to mention it was the wrong size and only filled half way. What I hate even worse is that theres gonna be so many people who think I'm lying or just hating. I absolutely love this place. Usually their ice cream is really good, but the last couple of times I've had it it's been disgusting. I normally dont even do reviews. I just hope someone can make this right.
