I tried P9. Chicken Pho (Chicken Broth) at a friend's recommendation and was not disappointed! I usually get brisket and meatballs. I think they have the best tasting pho broth from any other restaurant I have tried, and also the best A1. Shrimp Spring Rolls in town. I hype this restaurant up to everyone I know. I order DoorDash when I'm sick or busy, but going into the restaurant is also delightful. The employees know my order and always give me candy while I sip on my tea and wait for my order. I will always come here for pho and red Thai tea!

Ive never had Pho that I love more than this place! Also, worth mentioning that im talking about the West Jordan location. I always get the Ribeye Pho and occasionally I get the chicken lettuce wraps. It is consistently the best ive ever had. Highly recommend!

I had the ribeye steak and brisket pho. The meat wasn't very good. Quite tough and probably had two pieces of brisket which is the juicier of the two, couldn't identify a difference. Other then that the flavor was very good and the veggies were wonderful. Spring rolls definitely leave much to be desired as far as any flavor but in all fairness that's probably how those would taste anywhere. They were fresh and prepared neatly ;)

Not sure if they had a change in ownership or if they have adjusted the recipe to the broth. The pho broth was a bit on the sweet side and the Bun Bo Hue broth was overly sweet.
The meat was in the broth so by the time you get delivery the meat was overcooked and chewy.

The P4. Rib Eye Steak & Brisket Pho*was delicious the broth was amazing did need some soy sauce and I used the pot sticker sauce and the pot A4. Pot Stickers - 5 pcs were absolutely delicious I got them fried and wasn't expecting them to be deep fried but still thought they were great!
