food was tasty.....but needed to be warmer for the warm food, more bbq sauce on meats, mac and cheese needs to be creamier or at least look and taste like it has cheese in it not just dried crumbs.

Holy cow an actual BBQ joint in Easton area that knows what theyre doing. Ive been to Texas, Oklahoma, Nashville, KC and Chicago. I've had great BBQ. This is up there. The smoke is perfect. Coulda used a side of sauce for the brisket, I like good sauce and theirs is top notch, but no complaints. The baked beans were great. Not too sweet and perfectly cooked. And the Mac and cheese was different than ive ever had and awesome. Not creamy like you think it will be, but amazing just the same.
I'm super stoked about this place. Great first order. I'll be back for sure.
