• DoorDash orderone of the tenders had no chicken just breading ordered with large fries they just spread out the normal amount between the two spots on the tray don't actually give a bigger portion for what they charge

• DoorDash orderZaxbys employees need to be mindful in paying attention to orders going out. NO sauce, NO snacks box, NO bread, ONE very small fries, the only thing correct was chicken. Very disappointed. Pay way too much for under par experience.

• DoorDash orderSo, I've never ordered Zazby's via DD because I live off Tower and didn't want cold soggy food. Now that there is a store on Newberry I was excited and ordered the big Zak Big Zax Snak® Meal - the order arrived less than 20 minutes, amazing! Food was warm. However, their chicken has gotten so small. As well, my fries were wayyyyy overcooked and very difficult to eat and I ordered sweetened half lemonade half tea and received only unsweetened tea. I decided to not request $ back in hopes they review this message and it's just newbie issues. Zax is always delicious but for the first time ordering, not a great experience. Will try again and hope to give the 5 * I know it can be
