I ordered extra sauce and got zero sauce i ordered extra seasoning, none on my fries, i ordered coke and got a sprite. food tastes like it's been sitting for hours

Not only was my order missing the drinks. My large fries were missing. My white cheddar bites quantity was a joke. Probably the worst experience ive had with door dash or a restaurant. If this continues, I would not recommend either.

Chicken was extremely hard and very dark, to point we could not eat it. I have to assume it is be we ordered about 1/2 hour from the cut off time. It must be bec we have always had great service and food from this loc in Braselton.
