I think enchildas are my favorite food. Ive never found one I didnt care for. Unfortunately, this Enchilada Roja o Verde was bad. I had 2 bites. Something was very off and flavorless.Rice was very salty and beans were just ok. The pastor was very dry. The Agua Frescas Small pineapple was absolutely delicious.
