Omg, incredible. Seriously, don't waste your time ordering from anywhere else!! They hit the nail on the head with every item; dressing is perfect and authentic on the Ginger Salad, Miso Soup could not be any better balanced, and every roll ( THAI CRAB ROLL, EEL AVOCADO ROLL ) was super fresh and prepared perfectly. Best in town, at least as far as delivery goes!

100 Hibatchi was 100% accuate with our order. The Steak hibatchi with rice, Miso Soup and Crab Wonton (4PC) was hot, delicious, and perfect! The driver was friendly and fast. The best doordash meal we have had!!!

Definitely the best hibachi in Chattanooga! So much flavor! I highly recommend the 100 Sauce when customizing your entree and the free upgrade to noodles (most places charge $2-5 for that) is amazing. The SPICY TUNA ROLL was sooooo good too! Cant wait until the one in E Brainerd opens!

I dont know how people love this place, it was absolutely terrible. The 100 sauce is gross and the entrees were all rice and little meat. Ive had better sushi from a gas station...it tasted old and was extra chewy. The racoons in the back yard seemed to enjoy the rice though. Dont order from here, Get Typhoon of Tokyo instead.

All came mixed in a large bowl. Ordered the 100 sauce (was similar to a soy/hoisin combo). Very few veggies, but plenty of rice & huge shrimp! Yummy!
